Pastor James Dunigan and First Lady Justina Dunigan are Pastor and founders of Be Blessed Ministries. Pastor James Dunigan attended Aenon Bible College ( Indianapolis, IN) and Zion Temple Bible Institute (Cincinnati, OH). He has been ministering sense 1988. Also, he is a licensed minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. 

He has worked in various capacities over the years in the Ohio District Council as well as on the National level which includes Secretary of the Brotherhood, Evangelism Department, and Altar worker. Locally he has ministered/ mentored at Hillcrest School as well as St. Monica’s in Lincoln Heights.

He has been on the radio over 5 years on WGRI 103.1 two days a week Wednesday @ 7:00 P.M. & Sunday @ 9:45 A.M.
